The excavations done by the archaeologist in different parts of Balochistan, including Kech Valley at Meri Kalat and Shahi Tump, Mehrgarh Kachi, Suhr Damb Naal, have provided valuable understanding prehistoric period region's proto-inhabitants. This paper aims to review recently published archaeological papers, monographs, proceedings, archives on finding Balochistan special focus Mehrgarh. findings indicate that evolved from an autonomous indigenous cultural society into a part Harappan civilization due trading, religious interaction, intersocietal interaction. Cultural developments during fourth third millennia B.C. connected this region with and, simultaneously, Mesopotamia. During British colonial period, one major obstacles interpreting was analyzing Balochistan's prehistory light historical perspectives boosted achievements antiquity. Furthermore, it emphasizes need use analytical frameworks accurately interpret events Balochistan. Overall, provides insights its development over time.
